The 2012 “The Price is Right” Contest

“The Price is Right” is bringing a glitzy guessing game to The Washington Auto Show, offering contestants a chance to win a 2012 Hyundai Sonata, loads of cash and an all-expense-paid trip to Los Angeles to watch a live taping of “The Price is Right.” The 2012 Hyundai Sonata that’s up for grabs is a loaded limited edition model with the works that has been made available by the Washington Area Hyundai Dealers. The drawing to find a winner was held the final day of The Washington Auto Show, Sunday, Feb. 5.

"Cram the (Nissan) Cube" Contest

A big thank you to the participants of the 2012 "Cram the (Nissan) Cube" Contest. Featured teams from George Washington University, Howard University and American University participated in a contest to determine which school ccould pack the most students into a Nissan Cube. The winning team, Howard University's managed to "Cram" fourteen students into the Nissan Cube. Their team each earned $25 a piece in iTunes gift cards, Nissan caps and a group pizza party at Finn & Porter, located at the Embassy Suites Convention Center. The three teams also combined forces, ultimately "CRAM'd" 20 students into the Cube. While not everyone can be a "big winner" all other participating students each received a $10 iTunes gift card and a ticket to return to the auto show.
